Net Telephone is a subsidy and brand of Tele Wing Ltd.

By using the Net Telephone website, you agree to be bound by Terms & Conditions set out below.

In the following terms and conditions, the words ' Net Telephone ', 'we', and 'our', are used to refer to the Net Telephone Service, the trading name of Tele Wing Ltd.
Net Telephone is an IT & Telecom service which utilises an internet connection to make and receive telephone calls. Various services are available which include telephone numbers, outbound calling, Fax Service, VPN Service as well as an array of advanced telephony features. Security

You are responsible for keeping all your Net Telephone passwords secure, strong and confidential at all times. Net Telephone cannot accept any responsibility for unauthorised calls made on your account.

You should always set and use strong passwords, for example, mixed numbers, letters and characters and not easy to guess. Beware of using your details on public networks where your details may be stored or intercepted and if you use any kind of IP Phone or other VoIP hardware, you must ensure that its own passwords and those of any extensions are also secure and strong.

VoIP Calling

Call destinations mentioned on Net Telephone calling rate pages include mobile and landline destinations and exclude personal and premium rate numbers (unless mentioned otherwise).

In the case of the user call records for outgoing PSTN calls, Net Telephone will allow online retrieval of all call records from the past 90 (ninety) days only.

Upon signing up for a Net Telephone service a free trial account with 1$ credit is given to the customers.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Billing

Call rates are charged per minute.
The subscription like, DID, Fax and VPN must be renewed before the due date. Net Telephone reserves the right to cancel your subscription if payment is not received by the due date.

Net Telephone may suspend and / or disconnect your services at its discretion. We will normally inform you before we suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

Net Telephone has the right to close/block Net Telephone accounts that we suspect to be fraudulent and proof of identification maybe requested to verify users.
Refunds & Cancellation of Service
We have 30 days refund policy for VOIP and VPN Accounts for the unused balance or remaning days.
For DID, and Fax Service, if the service is not working, customers can inform us within 12 hours, we will fix the service or refund the payment according to the customer demand.

Delivery of Service
We check every new order using our state of the art security procedures to prevent credit card fraud. Once the order is approved the service is available immediately to the customer and username/passwords are sent by electronic means.

To the fullest extent permitted at law, Net Telephone is providing this site: www.mynettelephone.com and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. Net Telephone disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Net Telephone does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

Modification of Terms

Net Telephone reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Net Telephone site. These terms and conditions will apply to your order once you have received your confirmation email. They will supersede any other terms and conditions in whatever form given. Please print and retain a copy of the terms and conditions once you have received your confirmation email.

Limitation of Liability

This liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Net Telephone, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, expenses, losses, and liabilities (including courts costs and reasonable attorneys' fees), arising from or relating to this agreement including user's access to and use of the SIP server to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Net Telephone or any of its licensors, be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, arising out of the access to or use of or inability to access or use the SIP server, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletions of files, errors, defects, delays in transmission or operation or any failure of performance, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Net Telephone telephony service is not intended as a substitute of the PSTN telephony service. Net Telephone registered users must ensure a PSTN telephony line is available at the location from which they use the service.

Dispute Resolution Scheme

Tele Wing Ltd. is a UK based company. All disputes and legal matters will be settled according to the laws of United Kingdom.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

THIS IS A VOICE OVER DATA NETWORK SERVICE AND AS SUCH, IT IS DEPENDENT ON YOUR CONNECTION TO THE DATA NETWORK AND THE DATA NETWORK ITSELF. YOUR SERVICE MAY THEREFORE CEASE TO FUNCTION IF THERE IS A POWER FAILURE OR A FAILURE IN THE UNDERLYING DATA NETWORK. CONFIRMATION BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF USE, YOU (HEREINAFTER THE 'USER') ARE STATING THAT YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT AND BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE FOR USE OF NET TELEPHONE SIP SERVER (THE 'AGREEMENT') CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN NET TELEPHONE AND THE ENTITY THAT AGREES TO AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ACCESS TO NET TELEPHONE SESSION INITIATION PROTOCOL SERVER ('SIP SERVER') IS BEING PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS, AND NET TELEPHONE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO USER'S ACCESS OF THE SIP SERVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, NET TELEPHONE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE SIP SERVER OR USER'S ACCESS THERETO, WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY GIVEN TIME, OR WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, DEFECTS, OMISSIONS, INACCURACIES, OR FAILURES OR DELAYS IN DELIVERY OF DATA. USER ASSUMES, AND NET TELEPHONE DISCLAIM, TOTAL RISK, RESPONSIBILITY, AND LIABILITY FOR USER'S ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SIP SERVER.

ACCESS TO NET TELEPHONE SIP SERVICE IS BEING PROVIDED ON A NON-EXCLUSIVE BASIS. USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT NET TELEPHONE SIP SITE IS IN A DEVELOPMENTAL STAGE AND THAT NET TELEPHONE MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OR FUNCTIONALITY THEREOF. USER MAY NOT SUBLICENSE ITS ACCESS RIGHTS TO THE SIP SERVER TO ANY THIRD PARTY.

YOU ACCEPT E-MAIL AS A VALID MEANS OF COMMUNICATION OF ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND NET TELEPHONE. YOU MUST CHECK THAT THE DETAILS OF YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL ARE CORRECT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND YOU SHOULD PRINT OUT AND KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS. THIS CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AMOUNTS TO AN ACCEPTANCE BY NET TELEPHONE (OR 3RD PARTY SUPPLIER ON YOUR BEHALF BY NET TELEPHONE OF YOUR OFFER TO BUY GOODS AND SERVICES FROM NET TELEPHONE AND THIS ACCEPTANCE IS EFFECTIVE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOU RECEIVE THE E-MAIL.

NET TELEPHONE SERVICES ARE FREE TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM A PROSPECTIVE CONTRACT AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE. THIS ALSO APPLIES IN THE CASE OF ANY ERROR OR INACCURACY IN RESPECT OF THE GOODS, ANY DESCRIPTION APPLIED TO THE GOODS, THE AVAILABILITY OF THE GOODS OR THE ORDER ITSELF.
